When you get to the point in your life when you are ready to purchase a home, it can be a very frightening/exciting endeavor.  However, when you can be led through the process with a comforting hand (or two), then it makes the journey all the more comforting. This is what my husband and I recently experienced as we were assisted by Lori Johnson and Betty Marino through the purchase of our new home.  My husband and I were not on the market, per se, for a home: however, one seemed to find us.  In July of 2008, we found the home of our dreams, which was being represented by Lori and Betty.  We were thrilled to know that Lori and Betty were responsive in getting us in to view the home; they were responsive to all of our calls; and they were very educated in the unique nature of this property/history/etc.  They worked at a moment's notice to assist us in any ways to facilitate our communication to the seller and they were pleasant and professional with each conversation.  I can remember vividly the moment Lori called to inform us that or offer had been accepted by the seller.  I think she was just as excited as my husband and I were.  It was such a warm feeling to know that both Betty and Lori could share in our celebration!  They were quick to put a "SOLD" sign up as the home, which my husband and I were eager to take pictures in front of (especially me being 9 months pregnant).  It is a picture for the books for sure.  And as if that was not enough-on the evening of the closing, we were welcomed into our new home with a beautiful gift basket, compliments of both Betty and Lori.  I cannot tell you how much all of these personal touches meant to both my husband and I.  I can't say that I will be in the market for a home ANY TIME SOON (I think we will be at our new home for the duration); however I will be sure to recommend Carpenito real Estate to friends and family for all of their real estate needs.  You dream that buying a home will feel so special, but you hear so many horror stories where things go wrong.  Thanks to Carpenito Real Estate, I cannot chime in any horror stories to purchasing our home.  The experience was a DREAM COME TRUE for my husband and I.
